Cinthia originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil. She is an amazing single mom of 3 kids Lucas, Emma and Elizabeth. She is working at the fairmount memorial cemetery as leading. And she is working so hard to become a Funeral Director in the future. One of her favorite places is downtown Spokane. She loves the diversity that the town offers. She began cooking some Brazilian appetizers 15 years ago after moving to the US and missing my state cuisine. Minas Gerais is known for its wonderful gastronomy, rich in traditions, and diversified food. I believe we can feel love, comfort, and hope through delicious food.
